 We've got APPLES! We have a fantastic crop this year and our trees are literally LOADED with APPLES for you and your family to come pick! The weather looks perfect for a day out at the Orchard this weekend! Highs in the low 70's with a few dreamy clouds to decorate the sky. Isaac Newton Day Dreaming Days Sept. 26th & 27th Come join us for a weekend of day dreaming under an apple tree. Bring your questions about apples, trees, and growing, and we'll give our best answer. Come and learn a little more about the modern apple tree, and what it takes to grow an apple. We'll have special apple wood YoYo making classes for the kids and grown up kids! We might also crank up the old apple cider press for a demonstration. Family Secret Promotion: Longest beard contest winner gets a pair of free tractor underwear. Check in at the Apple Barn. SPECIAL GUESTS: Artisans Des Fleurs; A local floral design group, is coming to Minnetonka Orchards Saturday September 26th! Under the direction of master designer Ardith Beverage, they will create unique Land Art using natural elements found on the property. Come watch them design and be inspired. You will see art in a whole different way.

That's right, our infamous delicious Honeycrisp are ready!!!
We've received all your phone calls, emails, tweets and comments and know you've been patiently waiting for them. We had some of our Honeycrisp rows professionally topped off by our pickers late yestersday and as I type this those apples are being bagged for sale in the barn. Those same rows are available for U-Pick today!
Looks like the weather is finally breaking a little bit too, we may stay in the 70's out here today. Come out for a fantastic Sunday at Minnetonka Orchards! Get your Honeycrisp and enjoy Minnesota Blue Band!

Harvest Hoedown Weekend Sept. 19th & 20th
The weather is fabulous! Come get some fresh air and fresh apples! This weekend we'll have Apple wood Slingshot making from 11 to 4. We'll have a table setup for interested kids and a target practice area. Demonstrations on canning your harvest bounty will take place in front of the barn and we'll show you the steps required to can your winter meals.
Special Guests: We've invited our friends from Minnesota Blue to perform on the hill with their fantastic Blue Grass tunes. Nothing beats a day out at the orchard with fantastic music! Minnesota Blue band members, Barbara Yotter and Kelton Parrish are the 2009 Minnesota Duet Champions! The duo cinched first place at the Minnesota State Fair squaring off against 16 other pairs of singers.You can pick up one of their CD's in the apple barn. | Sat. and Sun. 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
